beautiful Gulf of Mexico! A few of our amenities include a
laundry room with full size washer and dryer, 2 full baths, 2
outdoor BBQ grills, large heated pool (year round), hot tub,
large deck area and a volleyball net on the beach. For your
stay we have lots of beach toys, beach chairs and kites made
available to you and your family during your visit. The unit also
includes 2 TV's VCR, DVD and stereo. There is no reason to
leave... it's all here for you.
Conveniently located 20 miles from Tampa International
Airport. Getting there is a breeze. Once your here, breakfast,
lunch and dinner are all within walking distance. There are
also 2 grocery stores within minutes of the condo.
Kitchen- Large fully equipped kitchen, perfect for all of your
cooking needs. You'll find a full sized refrigerator with ice
maker, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee
maker. Also provided are all of your utensils, cookware,
blender, tea pot and spice rack..it's all here!
Dining- Enjoy your meals overlooking the breathtaking views
of the Gulf of Mexico. Open all of the blinds and enjoy
Paradise Dining. Table seats 6 and breakfast bar seats 4. So
there's plenty of seating for everyone.
Laundry-Laundry room comes with a full sized washer and
dryer, iron and board for all of your laundry needs.
Parking- For your convenience, there are 2 covered assigned
parking (marked as unit 10) spaces provided for you and your
guests. Parking spaces are located right next to the elevator
which makes loading and unloading easy!
Master Bedroom Suite- King sized bed, 2 night stands with
lamps for reading. Private Master Bath comes equipped with
hairdryer, towels, and soap. Also,extra blankets for your
convenience.
The entertainment center in the living room includes a DVD,
VCR, TV and stereo.
Well maintained and serviced hot tub. Perfect way to start or
end the day.
