Peak Weeks & Holidays:  March, Easter, 4th of July... $1700/week.
Jan & Feb & April.....$1400/week.
All Others ... $1200/week.
Rentals during peak months are Sat to Sat & include the cost of cleaning.
Please note that there is a minimum age of 23 for at least one adult in your party
